    • Custom LMS Implementations –Delivered tailored enterprise-level LMS and Virtual Classroom solutions for multiple clients including NRTG and their global Amazon Career Choice partnership, and TECHNATION Canada’s workplace integrated learning platform, enhancing training delivery and user course engagement.
    • Zoom Virtual training Conferences – Coordinated and supported virtual learning sessions and conferences spanning European and North American time zones, including instructor orientation, in-session support, and post-session video and media processing.

  • Transformed TM Communications, a scientific and technical publisher, into TM NewMedia, a web development shop focused on the then-emerging field of e-learning.
  • Designed and developed large scale web, knowledge management, content management and e-learning projects, including the BC Legislative Assembly website, The Hansard document management system (DMS) including designing metadata and search automations for efficient display of 100,000 pages of parliamentary debate content. 
  • Designed and led the development of AECIS, a SharePoint cross-ministry information sharing portal that allowed 12 British Columbia ministries to coordinate their indigenous engagement activities.  
  • Handled Saba LMS technical support and marketing activities in our role as Saba e-learning partners.
